Karel Frantisek Jiri Hromadka (May 23, 1905 – March 30, 1978) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player. He played club hockey for LTC Praha from 1927 to 1936 and later returned for two years with SK Podolí Praha (1941-1943).

Hromadka played 54 games for the Czechoslovak National Team at the World Championships, European Championships, and the Olympic Games, scoring 16 goals.

He played on a line with Josef Malecek and Jiri Tozicka for many years.
