At the club level, Loos played for SK Slavia Praha. After the end of his career in the 1920s, Loos served as an administrator for Slavia. He later served as president of the Czechoslovak Ice Hockey Association from 1946-1948.

Loos was instrumental in organizing the 1947 World Championship, which was staged in Prague. From 1945-1953, he also belonged to the directorate of the International Ice Hockey Federation and was at times its deputy president.

His younger brother, Villem Loos, was also an accomplished hockey player.
