Joost Van Os was a Dutch hockey player. He started one game for the Dutch National Team at the 1950 World Championship.
Van Os was also on the Dutch roster at the 1939, 1951, 1953, and 1955 World Championships. He started five games at the 1955 World Championship B Pool tournament.
He played club hockey for A.IJ.H.C. Amsterdam and Ijsvogels Amsterdam.
