Ijsvogels Amsterdam was an ice hockey team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The club was founded in 1940 by some former members of A.IJ.H.C. Amsterdam who did not share the fascist ideology held by some of the club's players.
Ijsvogels participated in the 1941 Nestor Beker and played numerous friendly matches from 1940 to 1942.
After World War II, the club competed in the Eredivisie from 1945 to 1950. They won the championship in 1949-50.
The club also took part in the multi-national West European Cup from 1948 to 1953.
