Herberts Kuskis (March 5, 1913 - December 29, 1994_ was a Latvian goaltender. He played for the Latvian National Team at the 1932 European Championship, 1936 Winter Olympics, and the World Championships in 1933 and 1939.
He played club hockey for Union Riga (1931-1934) and ASK Riga (1934-1940). Kuskis was one of the best pre-war Latvian goaltenders.
