FC Lyon is a French sports club. It was established on November 17, 1893, and is primarily notable for its rugby and football sections.

The club had an ice hockey section during the sport's nascent days in France. They played a friendly against UVF Lyon on February 22, 1904, falling 1-0.

The ice hockey section was later reformed in 1909, picking up multiple players who had formerly played for SC Lyon, which was forced to fold after the closure of the Lyon Ice Palace.

They met U.S. Nantua for the Lyonnais Championship in early February, defeating them 12-0.
