EHC 70 München

EHC 70 München was an ice hockey team in Munich, Germany. The club was formed in 1970 and initially participated in the regional Kriesliga.

By 1973-74 they had risen to the third-level Oberliga, and spent most of the rest of the decade playing in it and the second tier 2nd Bundesliga.

They qualified for the Eishockey-Bundesliga in 1979 and played two seasons in the league (1979-80 and 1980-81) before being relegated back to the 2nd Bundesliga.

They declared bankruptcy and folded after the final round of the 1981-82 season spent in the 2nd Bundesliga, which prevented them from taking part in the promotion round to the Bundesliga. The EC Hedos München were founded as a replacement club in 1982.
