Jacob "Co" Klotz was a Dutch hockey player. He played four games for the Dutch National Team at the 1939 World Championship.
At the club level, Klotz started out with A.IJ.H.C. Amsterdam, and later played for the Tilburg Trappers and was the playing-coach for Ijsvogels Amsterdam.
