The 2014 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II was an ice hockey competition. Group A of the Division II tournament was held in Asiago, Italy, from 6–12 April. Group B was contested from 24–30 March in Reykjavík, Iceland. A qualification was held in Mexico City, Mexico from 19–22 March. The winner of Group A was promoted to the Division Group I B for the 2015 championships, while the last-placed team was relegated to Group B. The Group B winner moved up to Group A, while the last placed team was relegated to Division II qualification.[1] Divisions II A, II B and II B-Q represent the fourth, the fifth and the sixth tier of the IIHF World Women's Championships.
