The 2011-12 Balkan League was the fifth season of the league. Five teams participated in the competition, which was won by NSA Sofia.
Iraklis Thessaloniki withdrew after four games to join the Total TV Hockey League. Their remaining matches were marked as 5-0 forfeit losses.
