Playoffs
Quarterfinals
KH Sanok and TKH Torun from the Polska Liga Hokejowa, who finished 9th and 10th in the qualification round, respectively, joined the 1. Liga for the playoffs, along with KTH Krynica, who re-joined the competition.
The 1. Liga teams who played each other in the regular season received a bonus victory for winning the head-to-head matchup.
The playoffs decided the 9th-16th placed overall teams in the top two tiers of Polish hockey.

- TKH Toruń - UKS Sielec Sosnowiec 7:1, 12:1, 15:2
- KTH Krynica - MMKS Nowy Targ Krynica bonus, 6:0, 9:2

Semifinals

The final was for ninth place in the PLH.
