The 1958-59 Polish 2. Liga season was contested by six teams and won by Pomorzanin Torun, who was promoted to the Polska Liga Hokejowa along with second-place finisher, KS Cracovia.

Group II

Polonia Bytom advanced ahead of AZS Krakow and Odra Opole.
