The 1993-94 Nationale 1B season was contested by eight teams, and saw Reims Champagne Hockey win the championship.
The teams to participate in the Nationale 1B were the bottom two finishers in each of the four preliminary groups of the Nationale 1. The top four teams in the N1B then qualified for the 9th-12th place round of the Nationale 1.
