The 1930-31 2e série season was the first season of the 2e série, the second level of ice hockey in France. Chamonix HC II won the championship.

The tournament was played from January 31 to February 3, 1931, in Saint-Gervais.

First round

Group A

(Note: The games in which Anvers participated in were classified as exhibition matches.)

Group B

(Note: A third club, Modane, was going to participate in Group B, but withdrew.)

Final round

Saint-Gervais declined to play against Chamonix HC II in the final, hence the championship was awarded to Chamonix. Instead, they opted to play against CSH Paris II for second place.
