The 1975-76 Regionalliga season was contested as the third-level competition in Austria. Spetrans Wien won the championship and earned a spot in the promotion round to the Austrian Nationalliga.
Regular season
Western Group
Won by EC Ehrwald. The other participants were EC Dornbirn and EV Rankweil.
Eastern Group
Won by Spetrans Wien. The other participants were WAT Favoriten, Grazer SV, Bruck-an-der-Mur, and Grazer AK.
