The 1945-46 Lithuanian SSR Championship was contested by four teams and won by Dinamo Kaunas. There were two competitions held in Lithuania in 1946, the "Tournament in honor of the elections of the Deputies of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR" and "The Youthful Winter Spartakiade", which included hockey in the program.
