The Hockey Courchevel Méribel Pralognan (HCMP) nicknamed Les Bouquetins is a French ice hockey club based in Les Allues in Savoy and comprising three municipalities of Courchevel, Les Allues Méribel and Pralognan-la-Vanoise.

History

The Pralognan-la-Vanoise was founded in 1964. Then, Les Allues with Méribel and Courchevel created their teams.

In 1983, Les Allues avec Méribel joined Pralognan-la-Vanoise and in 1990, Courchevel joined the two municipalities to form the Hockey Club Val Vanoise.

In April 2009 during the final part of the D3 championship taking place in Anglet, the club became runner-up, defeating Toulon and Francais Volants, while losing to the hosts, and was promoted to Division 2 for the 2009–10 season.

The team joined Division 1 at the end of the 2014-15 season by winning the final against La Roche-sur-Yon's Aigles 2 wins to none (3-4 and 3-0).

At the end of the 2016–17 season, which saw the team reach the semifinals of Division 1, the club changed its identity by highlighting the name of the stations that made it up by becoming the Hockey Courchevel Méribel Pralognan (HCMP).

After a difficult 2017–18 regular season, which saw the club finish in the penultimate place in the general classification, the HCMP was relegated to Division 2, after three seasons in Division 1. However, the following year, the Bouquetins had a convincing regular season, achieving 13 victories in 18 games, and finished in second place in the southern pool behind the favorite Clermont-Ferrand. In the playoffs, the HCMP successively eliminated Meudon in the first round and Wasquehal in quarterfinals, before bouncing Roanne. The victory in the semifinal assured their promotion back to D1, only one year after relegation. The Bouquetins nevertheless lost in the final against Clermont-Ferrand, who won the French Division 2 championship title.

At the end of the 2023–24 season, the Bouquetins fell in the final of the French D2 Championship against the Ours de Villard-de-Lans.
