The 1959-60 Kazakh SSR Championship was contested by five teams, and saw Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk win the championship. The competition was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk in January 1960. The hosts defeated Spartak and Lokomotiv in turn, scoring 21 goals each. SKIF also defeated all of their opponents. Torpedo beat SKIF 11:1 (3:0, 5:0, 3:1) to clinch the title.
