Jiri Tozicka (November 14, 1901 – May 15, 1981) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player.

He initially played for AC Sparta Praha but moved to LTC Praha in 1927. Tozcika then became a member of I. CLTK Praha from 1937-1941.

Tozicka played 51 games for the Czechoslovak National Team, scoring 16 goals. He played at the 1928 and 1936 Winter Olympics.
