The Erste Bank Young Stars League is the national under 20 ice hockey league in Austria. It was established for the 2012-13 season. In addition to the Austrian teams, the league is also represented by teams from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. The U20 Austrian competition was formerly known simply as Jugend.

The first national junior championship was staged in Austria in 1954-55. Prior to this, competitions such as the Jugend-Wanderpreis and the Jugend Cup had been held. It was a U19 competition until 1970, when the age limit was increased to under 20.
