The Chinese Taipei Hockey League was founded for the 2015-16 season as the national league in Taiwan. It featured four teams

Chinese Taipei Ice Hockey League

Chinese Taipei Ice Hockey League (traditional Chinese: 中華冰球聯盟, abbreviated as CIHL) was a Taiwanese ice hockey league based out of Taipei, Taiwan. Founded in 2004, it is run by the Chinese Taipei Ice Hockey Federation. The league was formerly divided into two divisions: The Open Division for local players and the International Division for foreigners living in Taiwan. The International Division ceased after the 2011-12 season.
