The award ceremony for the 2011 National Men's Junior Ice Hockey Championship was held at the Beijing Haotai Ice Sports Center on March 27. In this championship, the Northeastern teams, which had always dominated the event, failed to win the championship for the first time. The team that won the championship was composed of players from several clubs in Beijing, including "Hope" and "Lightning".[2]

2012-13

The 2013 National Men's Junior Ice Hockey Championship (Group B) was held at the Beijing Century Star Ice Rink from February 19-21, 2013. The tournament was hosted by the Chinese Ice Hockey Association, organized by the Beijing Ice Hockey Association, and co-organized by the Beijing Century Star Ice Rink. The National Men's Junior Ice Hockey Championship was divided into two groups, A and B. Group A consisted of players aged 15-17 (born between 1995 and 1997), and Group B consisted of players aged 12-14 (born between 1998 and 2000). After a round-robin format with 10 matches, the final results were: Harbin team won first place, Beijing Century Star Snow Leopard team second, Beijing Haotai Pioneer team third, Beijing United team fourth, and Shanghai team fifth.[3]

2013-14

From April 5-7, 2014, the 2013-14 National Junior Men's Ice Hockey Championship (Group B) was held at the Century Star Ice Rink in the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, Jianye District. Five junior ice hockey teams from Beijing, Shanghai, Qiqihar, and Harbin gathered in Nanjing. The Harbin team, which won first place in the previous National Junior Men's Ice Hockey Championship, sent two teams to participate this year, demonstrating their strong strength and bringing a spectacular ice-skating competition to ice hockey enthusiasts and spectators nationwide.[4]

2014-15

The three-day 2014-15 National Men's Junior Ice Hockey Championship Group A competition was held from December 24-26, 2014. It was for players born from 1997-1999. The Beijing team defeated their opponents in the first two days of competition, taking the top spot in the standings and securing the championship title ahead of schedule. This was the first time the Beijing team won the National Men's Junior Ice Hockey Championship, making history for Beijing's ice hockey program.

On the final day of competition, although the championship was no longer in doubt, the battle for second place between Harbin and Qiqihar, two traditionally strong teams from Northeast China, remained fierce. After three periods and 60 minutes, Harbin defeated Qiqihar 5-3 to claim the runner-up position.[5]
