The 1912 Ringhoffer Pokal was the second edition of the Austrian Hockey Championship in Bandy organized by DEHG Prag. The tournament was held on January 27 and 28, 1912, in Prague.

Leipziger SC won the championship despite having to play four times in the same day.

Some notable spectators included the Barons Alfred and Fritz Ringhoffer, Baroness Ina Ringhoffer, and Austrian lieutenant colonel Karl Wersek.
