The U22 Suomi-sarja was contested in Finland from 2020-2023. It served as the only under 22 ice hockey league in the country.

Champions

  • 2022-23: EVU
  • 2021-22: HJK (Ylempi), HCK Salamat (Alempi)
  • 2020-21: season cancelled partway due to COVID-19 pandemic
