The U22 Suomi-sarja has been contested in Finland since the 2020-21 season. It serves as the only under 22 ice hockey league in the country.

Champions

  • 2022-23: EVU
  • 2021-22: HJK (Ylempi), HCK Salamat (Alempi)
  • 2020-21: season cancelled partway due to COVID-19 pandemic
