The 1974-75 Regionalliga season was the first season of the Regionalliga as the fourth-level of ice hockey in Germany (with both groups in operation). 15 teams participated in the league, and DEC Frillensee Inzell won the championship and was promoted to the Oberliga along with RSC Bremerhaven.
