Altonaer SV is an ice hockey team in Hamburg, Germany. Founded in 1893, it is one of the oldest ice sports clubs in Germany. It currently plays in the fourth-level Regionalliga North.

Between 1934 and 1938, Altonaer SV participated in the German Ice Hockey Championship.

After World War II, the club has played exclusively in the lower-level German leagues.
