Shinkichi Kamei (born June 20, 1910) was a Japanese hockey player. He was a member of the Japanese National Team at the 1936 Winter Olympics, playing in two games at the tournament.

He was the top scorer for Japan during their tour of Europe leading up to the Olympics. Kamei also played for Keio University.
