Tatsuo Ichikawa (born February 11, 1916) was a Japanese hockey player. He played for the Japanese National Team at the 1936 Winter Olympics, appearing in two games.
He also played for Waseda University. In a 1936 Olympic game against Sweden, Ichikawa was assessed a penalty and started to cry in shame, requiring comfort from his teammates.
