Toshihiko Shoji (born April 23, 1909) was a Japanese hockey player. He was a member of the Japanese National Team at the 1930 World Championship and 1936 Winter Olympics, playing in one and two games, respectively.

Shoji was team captain at the 1936 Olympics. He was one of the top pre-war players in Japan.
