Dr. Karel Hartmann (July 6, 1885 – c. October 16, 1944) was a Czechoslovakian ice hockey]player who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the national team that won the bronze medal in Antwerp.[1]

In 1922, he succeeded Paul Loicq as vice-president of the International Ice Hockey Federation.[2]

Hartmann also played for Czechoslovakia at the European Championships in 1922, 1923, and 1927.
