Josef Paral (1893 – February 26, 1944) was a Bohemian/Czechoslovak hockey player. He was a member of the Bohemian National Team at the 1914 European Championship.

Paral played club hockey for SK Slavia Praha and had a one-season stint with CsSK Bratislava in 1923-24.
