DEHG Tournament
The DEHG Tournament was an international tournament contested in Europe prior to World War I. The tournament, hosted by DEHG Prag, was held only in 1913 to commemorate the opening of the Belvedere ice rink.
All matches were staged on January 12, 1913. Some notable guests who watched the action included the Governor of Bohemia, the Prince of Thun and his wife the Princess of Thun, Oberstlandmarschall Prinz Lobkowitz, Direktor Hafenbrödl, President Dr. Schedlbauer, Prof. Houschlek, and Direktor Schwabe.
Berliner Schlittschuhclub claimed the championship over Spolecnost and earned a valuable trophy donated by Paul Thorsch. The second and third placed teams also received a trophy donated by DEHG. The awards presentation took place at 20:00 over dinner at the Palace Hotel in Prague.
