Silesian Group

  1. Elektro Łaziska Górne - advanced to final round - 19 pts, 52 – 21 goals
  2. Odra Opole - advanced to final round
  3. Piast Cieszyn - advanced to final round
  4. Silesia Rybnik
  5. Lechia 06 Mysłowice
  6. Concordia Knurów
  7. Zagłębie Sosnowiec

  1. Polonia Bytom - defending spot in 2. Liga, which they retained
  2. Elektro Łaziska Górne - advanced to final
