Semifinals
  1. Polonia Bytom - defending spot in 2. Liga, which they retained
  2. Elektro Łaziska Górne - advanced to final
  3. Piast Cieszyn - advanced to final
  4. KTH Krynica - later earned promotion to 2. Liga

  • Odra Opole - Elektro Łaziska Górne 4-14
  • Piast Cieszyn - Odra Opole 6-5
  • Elektro Łaziska Górne - Piast Cieszyn 4-6
