The 1909 OPHL seasons was the 2nd season of the Ontario Professional Hockey League. The Galt Professionals won the regular season and playoff championships.

Galt defeated Brantford 7-1 on February 25 in a replay of their tied game. This was the one game "playoff", but is counted in the standings.
