The 1909 OPHL seasons was the 2nd season of the Ontario Professional Hockey League. The Galt Professionals won the regular season and playoff championships.

Galt defeated Brantford 7-1 on February 25 in a replay of their tied game. This was the one game "playoff", but is counted in the standings. The tie was not counted. Guelph and St. Catharines both withdrew and had their remaining games against the other four teams counted as forfeit losses.
