The 2010-11 Polish Cup was won by KH Sanok, who defeated TH Unia Oświęcim in the final.

First round

The first round was divided into three groups. The teams were all ranked together, and their placements were decided by virtue of goal average. The top five sides qualified directly for the quarterfinals, while the others were forced to play in the qualification round.
