The 2011-12 Polish Cup was won by KH Sanok, who defeated TH Unia Oświęcim in the final.

First round

The first round was divided into three groups. The teams were all ranked together, with the top team advancing to the semifinals, the next four qualifying for the quarterfinals, and the bottom four playing in the qualification round.
