The 1994-95 Austrian Oberliga season was contested as the second level league in Austria, as the Austrian National League did not run this year.

12 teams participated in the league, divided into two groups, and DSG Rotschitzen won the championship.

Final round

The teams from the respective groups were paired against the team in the same placing from the other pool. For instance, the two first place finishers, DSG Rotschitzen and EC Kitzbuhel, faced one another, as did the second place squads, and so forth. Teams from the Eastern Group won all six matches.
