The 1974-75 Regionalliga season was the first season of the Regionalliga as the fourth-level of ice hockey in Germany. 15 teams participated in the league, and DEC Frillensee Inzell won the championship and was promoted to the [[Oberliga] along with RSC Bremerhaven.
