The Eastern Ontario Professional Hockey League operated in the Canadaian province of Ontario during the 1910-11 season.

The league was won by the Port Hope Professionals, who faced the Galt Professionals in a Stanley Cup qualification series, losing 12-8.

Belleville moved to Brantford and joined the Ontario Professional Hockey League on January 18, 1911. The EOPHL season was then restarted, with the Trenton team relocating to Belleville and being named the "Professionals".
