The Port Hope Professionals were an ice hockey team based in Port Hope, Ontario. They took part in the Eastern Ontario Professional Hockey League during the 1910-11 season, winning the league title.

Port Hope advanced to meet the Galt Professionals in a Stanley Cup qualification series. Galt won 12-8.
