The 1974–75 Division 2 season was the second tier of ice hockey in Sweden for 1973–74. The league consisted of 71 teams, divided into six geographical groups of 11-12 teams apiece. The six group winners advanced to the Kvalserien, which provided them the opportunity for promotion to the new top-tier Elitserien for 1975-76.
