The 1909-10 CBSHL season was the 10th season of the Cape Breton Senior Hockey League.

The entire North Sydney Victorias team was imported. After a few games, the league was suspended by Maritime Amateur Athletic Association President James Lithgow due to concerns over professionalism. The Victorias went on to play for the Maritime Professional Championship.
