The Eddie Haggarty Memorial Trophy was a Scottish under 21 tournament first hosted by the Kirkcaldy Kestrels in April 1980. It was named in honor of Eddie Haggarty, a Kestrels player who was killed in a car accident in 1979.

It was played on April 17. The Dundee Rockets and Ayr Rangers both finished with 6 points in the round-robin tournament, with the trophy going to the Rockets on goal differential. The Kirkcaldy Kestrels finished third, Murrayfield Raiders fourth, and the Irvine Challengers fifth.
