SK Libeň was an ice hockey team in Prague, Czechoslovakia. The club competed in the Prague Regional Championship from 1936-1942. They played in the Nationalliga Qualification tournament in 1942-43 and qualified for the 1943-44 season of the Bohemian-Moravian Hockey League.
The club finished second in the qualification tournament for the Czechoslovak Extraliga in 1945-46, which was good enough to qualify for the following season of the league. After one year spent in the Extraliga, Liben was relegated.
