The 1998–99 Slovenian Ice Hockey League season was the eighth season of the Slovenian Hockey League. Olimpija defeated Slavija in the league final.

First round

The teams received bonus points according to their finishes in the Alpenliga: Olimpija Ljubljana 3, Jesenice 2, Bled 1, Slavija 1.

  3. HK Slavija 5 pts

The bonus points were included in this table. HK Jesenice was excluded from the championship.

Second round

The teams received bonus points according to their finishes in the first round.
