The J18 Allsvenskan serves as the top-level of U18 hockey in Sweden for the second half of the season.
All teams are entered into the J18 Elit to begin the season, with the top five from each of the four groups advancing to the Allsvenskan for the second portion of the year.
The top six teams from the North and South zones qualify for the national U18 playoffs, where they are joined by four (the top squad in each region) teams from the J18 Elit second-half.
