J18 Nationell (known as the J18 Allsvenskan until 2020) serves as the top-level of U18 hockey in Sweden for the second half of the season.
All teams are entered into the J18 Regional to begin the season, with the top five from each of the four groups advancing to the Allsvenskan for the second portion of the year.
The top six teams from the North and South zones qualify for the national U18 playoffs, where they are joined by four (the top squad in each region) teams from the J18 Regional second-half.
